Delivery
- If items are in stock, packages are generally dispatched within 5- 7 days (subject to availability) after receipt of payment.
- Items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class or parcel post, depending on size and weight of packaging.
- We obtain a receipt for postage for all goods sent, which remains in our record system.

Payment
We accept PayPal and most major debit/credit cards (NOT American Express or Diners Club cards); please see our list at check-out. Please DO NOT send cash.
You may also pay by personal cheque or postal order; goods will be send on clearance of funds. Please make cheques payable to 'Sherwood Equestrian Ltd.'

When paying by credit card, it MUST include the card-holder's name and address as shown on the credit card statement. If the card is refused for any reason, we will not be held liable for delay or non-delivery.
Returns
Returns are accepted. Goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Buyer to be responsible for return postage.
