Terms & Conditions of Sale
General
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By ticking the box on the check out screen you have agreed to these items as stated at the time of purchase.
Availability
All the products listed are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after the order has been placed and prior to delivery. If the order cannot be fulfilled as per the listing or within the time periods stated you will be contacted and offered a late delivery option, alternative item or a full refund.
Prices
The prices listed include Value Added Tax (VAT) where appropriate but exclude postage and carriage costs.
Whilst we make every effort to maintain the prices shown, we reserve the right to amend when necessary or to discontinue any item listed.
Ordering
You may order on line, by phone or by email. Be sure to include your telephone number in case of queries.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival indicate on delivery note and inform us immediately within 4 days, otherwise we cannot investigate or consider a claim.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the goods are undamaged and in their original packaging with labels attached. All return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
For Health and Safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of underwear and Riding Hats unless by special arrangement.
We will also exchange items. Replacements will be sent when originals have been received. Buyer is required to cover postage costs (please obtain a receipt for postage as we cannot compensate for lost items).
